Sam’s Italian Restaurant moved from their prior Cook’s Corner location to a brand new 3,200 square foot space with a long-term lease to PREG. Now available for lease by PREG at the same location is an additional 3,800 sq. ft. (located directly next to the Goodwill building) for potential office, medical office or retail.
