Commercial real estate development firm Priority Real Estate Group (PREG) of Topsham announces the new location of CDI Mobile Imaging, the 2nd largest imaging provider in the nation, as they expand their Maine presence to Brunswick Landing.
One Admiral Fitch Ave, the entrance to Brunswick Landing, will soon see a new 12,000 square foot structure where CDI Mobile Imaging will reside. The Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) provides diagnostic imaging, interventional radiology and mobile imaging services. CDI has an established presence in Maine, and with the opening of the Brunswick Landing facility, they are able to expand their existing network. The remaining 6,500 square feet of class A medical office space is still available to a medical user through a lease agreement with Priority Real Estate Group. Construction will be completed in time for a February 2018 opening.
