Curt is a Registered Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and project management. He is registered in the State of Maine and State of New Hampshire. 

 

He has managed numerous projects covering all components of engineering services: scope development; cost estimation; environmental permitting; grading, utility and drainage design, lighting design; construction drawings and specifications; bid analysis and contractor selection; as well as construction observation.

 

Curt has worked with Priority Real Estate Group as a Principle with Sitelines PA for over 15 years.  Project designed and permitted for Priority Real Estate Group include Rusty Lanterns convenience stores, Mechanics Saving Bank, Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, Topsham Medical Offices, Panera Bread, and Jersey Mike’s Restaurants.  

 

Other notable projects include the Topsham Town Center; the Brunswick Police Station; Affordable Senior Housing projects in Topsham, Brunswick, Bangor, Scarborough and Saco; Goodwill Retail outlets in Topsham, Belfast, Rockland and Ellsworth; and Brunswick Landing Village homes and apartments at Brunswick Landing. 

 

Curt obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder in 1986 and a Masters in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado in Denver in 1992.  

 

Curt is a veteran of the United States Air Force.  He and his family are residents of Topsham.
